Alfa Water ABG filters support flow rates up to 70 m³/h (308 US gpm). With two bag sizes up to 45 00 cm², they cover the degree range filtration between 200 and 1 µm with sizes of input/output connections 2" and 3".
The ABG filter comes with support legs, manual drain valve, manual air vent and pressure gauges. Filters can be equipped with a magnetic set to capture any metal particles present in the water.

Filters Alfa Water ABK can work with flow rates up to 810 m³/h (3566 US gpm) with a filtration area of up to 8,100 cm². With sieves in the basket cover the degree range filtration from 100 μm to 5 000 μmm with different range of input/output flange connections from 2" to 10".
AHC filters support flow rates up to 2,750 m³/h (12 108 US gpm) with varying range of input/output flange connections between 1″1/2 and 20″. AHC filters can be supplied with an automatic drain valve.

Alfa Water AHC filters are centrifugal separators that are used in various industries, especially in cooling towers. Removes up to 98% of sand or suspended particles larger than 50 µm.
Alfa Water AMB filters support pflow rates up to 370 m³/h (1629 US gpm) with two mesh sizes up to up to 2,200 cm². With sieves in the basket cover the degree range filtration from 100 μm to 5,000 μm with varying range of input/output flange connections from 1″½ to 6″.

Alfa Water AMS filters are capable of processing flow rates up to 180 m³/h (793 US gpm). With filter area of bag 4,500 cm! 2 cover the range filtration from 200 to 1 µm with input and output connections 2"1/2. AMS filters are supplied including a manual drain valve and a manual vent valve.

ABF is a compact vacuum filter that uses a filter insert (in the form of a roll) made of disposable non-woven fabric.
The filter consists of two tanks. The inner one is designed for coarse filtration, while the outer contains a leak or overflow.
The contaminated liquid flows into the upper compartment of the tank, passes through the filter element, which retains the impurities contained in the liquid, and the resulting purified liquid flows into the lower tank.The layer of dirt retained by the filter element is called the “pie”. The latter contributes to the improvement of the filtration process. The compartment containing clean water is part of the first tank. It is maintained under vacuum by means of a suction pump for permeate.
The negative pressure in the filter chamber varies in the range of (-0.2 ÷ -0.4 bar). Thanks to the mechanical seal obtained by the filter cloth and rotating discs, it is possible to maintain the filter element in negative pressure, thereby significantly increasing its service life.
Gradual silting of the filter medium causes an increase in the liquid level in the first tank. Using a special regulator with a converter, this increase in the liquid level provokes the unwinding of the filter element.
The ABF filter system can be supplied with the OilRepellentTM filter.

Alfa Water ABR filters are automatic filters with a set of brushes mounted on a rotating shaft driven by an electric motor. ABR filters can work with flow rates up to 1,870 m³/h (8,233 US gpm) with a filtration area of up to 19,800 cm². With several sieves cover the degree range Filtration between 3000 and 100 µm with varying range of input/output connections between 2″ and 16″.

ABR 170 filters are automatic self-cleaning filters with high efficiency Continuous Filtration Process and with low consumption of cleaning water.
Automatic Filters Alfa Water ABR 170 are equipped with suction nozzles and a brush self-cleaning mechanism that drives an electric motor. Thanks to the flexible suction nozzle mechanism that ensures adherence to the sieve, this filter has high cleaning efficiency.
The body and covers of the filters are made of 254SMO material designed to filter seawater discharged from the DeSox tower. The multilayer polyester filter insert consists of a polyester (PETP) filter cloth placed between two SAF2205 tubular carrier screens. This multilayer system allows you to have a range of filtration from 800 µm to 25 µm and allows you to protect the filter fabric from wear caused by the operation of the suction nozzles
Special suction nozzles ensure complete cleaning of the sieve with minimal water consumption and without stopping the filtration process. These special suction nozzles come with integrated brushes that allow you to improve the cleaning of the filter screen.

Alfa Water ABV filters are automatic filtrys double cleaning system, which allows the use of a filter even in the presence of coarse undissolved substances. Thanks to the double system, the filter stands out for its high cleaning efficiency. First, the brushes remove the coarsest solid particles from the filter cloth. Then, by opening the drain valve on the lid, a suction effect is created, by which the larger solid parts that would not pass through the suction nozzle are removed. Subsequently, the suction nozzles suck in smaller solid particles.

Alfa Water AMA filters are self-cleaning filters with automatic cleaning of AMC filter cartridges using pressure nozzles. Filtration takes place from the inside out. The central shaft with nozzles cleans the filter cartridges after reaching the overpressure growth (due to the differential pressure switch) or at a preset time controlled by the control unit. An external source of pressurized clean water supplies the cleaning nozzles. The drain of washing water is gravitational.
Reinforced fiberglass housing encloses up to two 20" cartridges with a filtration range of 25 to 1 μm and can have 3" to 8" flanged input/output connections.
All materials used are compatible with drinking water and resistant to sea water. There are control systems suitable for individual filters as well as for more complex filter batteries, in single-phase and three-phase versions.

AVB filters are automatic filters with a self-cleaning mechanism with suction nozzles with brushes driven by an electric motor. The technology provides excellent cleaning even with reduced pressure at the inlet to the filter. Thanks to the flexible mechanism of the scanner, which ensures adherence to the sieve, this filter has a high cleaning efficiency.

AWC Basic is a control unit suitable for controlling the cleaning cycles of Alfa Water Srl automatic filters. Up to two automatic filters can be connected to it. It comes in a waterproof ABS case with compact dimensions including a 1 × 24 digit graphic display and a 5-button membrane keypad.
AWC Basic comes with 1.5m cable with Schuko plug and 2A quick fuse, which is suitable for most electric motors used in Alfa Water Srl automatic filters.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL AUTOMATION CONTROL UNIT

The AWP-FULL control unit is an automation unit suitable for controlling the cleaning cycles of the Alfa Water automatic filter. It comes in an ABS/PPE RAL 7035 package including a 3.4″ display and a 26-button membrane keypad for navigating menus.
To control the operating logic of the self-cleaning filter, a programmable logic controller with an integrated graphical interface (PLC/HMI all-in-one) is used. The AWP-FULL control system is used where automation with electromechanical components with industry standards is required.

The panel is equipped with 4/6 interchangeable contacts for signaling the operating status to higher-level parent systems or to systems in front of the filter itself.

The AWC-FULL controller offers the possibility of connecting via a two-wire RS485 cable (maximum connection length of 1,200 m) to external devices via communication using the standard Modbus RTU protocol.
