We provide comprehensive design and engineering services, including biological and mixing simulations. Thanks to them, we can reduce operating costs and energy consumption. Our aeration systems — fine, medium and coarse-bubble are characterized by high efficiency. In addition to the standard EPDM membrane, we also offer modern PTFE membranes (Teflon coated membranes) and PEEK membranes (polyether-ether-ketone), which reduce the encrustation rate, are chemically resistant and extend the economic life of the elements.

Membrane material

EPDM

EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) is a traditional and affordable material with good elasticity and mechanical properties. However, it is more often clogged and requires more regular cleaning, especially in environments with a higher concentration of solid particles or fats.

PTFE

PTFE membranes have high clogging resistance and long service life. They are suitable for demanding operations with high demands on cleanliness and minimal maintenance.

PEEK

PEEK (polyether-ether-ketone) is a very durable polymer combining excellent chemical and heat resistance with low absorbency (hydrophobicity), due to which the membrane maintains its elasticity and at the same time the air bubbles are better separated from the membrane surface.

Silicones

Silicone membranes are used where high elasticity and chemical resistance are required. They are stable at higher temperatures, but have lower mechanical strength and shorter service life than PTFE membranes.

Removable aeration grates

How does it work?
The system with a removable grate allows easy maintenance and replacement of the diffusers without having to drain the tank. Thanks to this, aeration can run continuously during service — the ideal solution for single-tank operations.

Where is it used?
It is suitable where it is not possible to drain the tank, where regular inspection of the diffusers or frequent maintenance due to aggressive wastewater is needed.

  • Grates with disc diffusers — for fine-bubble aeration, high efficiency of oxygen transfer and low energy consumption.
  • Grids with tube diffusers — for oxidation, nitrification and denitrification with intensive mixing, stable and durable in handling.

Fluid biomass carriers

MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) is a modern and space-saving technology of biological wastewater treatment. It uses mobile biomass carriers, on the surface of which a biofilm grows ensuring efficient degradation of organic matter, nitrification and denitrification.

The main advantages: less space requirements, fast and stable efficiency even under impact loads, low sludge production, simple operation without recirculation and resistance to toxic substances.
